More information

The Neko Tiny hybrid baby carrier is the perfect solution for parents who want to carry their newborns but feel uncomfortable about using a sling.

Tiny offers support and comfort for both baby and parents. Designed to carry even low-birthweight babies in a safe and comfortable way. Thanks to its softness, the carrier adapts to the baby's body shape and provides proper support for their back and head.

Neko Tiny is ideal for creating closeness and bonding between parents and child from day one.

It is made of 100% Ökotex certified cotton. Designed for small babies with low birth weight but full-term. The Neko Tiny hybrid baby carrier has been tested by independent laboratories for carrying babies between 2.5 kg and 15 kg.

My personal impressions of this carrier are that it really gives an optimal position even for babies under 3 kg.
For babies weighing between 2.5 kg – 3.5 kg, we recommend fastening the buckles under the baby’s bottom at the front and not fixing the height of the panel using the buttons on the straps. Remember: the baby’s nose should always be exposed!

When the baby reaches a weight of 3.5 kg, you can switch to fastening with the belt buckles. You can now also use the buttons on the straps to keep the panel stable.

Safe Positioning of a Baby in a Sling or Carrier

• Ensure the baby is in an upright position (head up) so their airways are visible and unobstructed.

• Carry the baby at a height where you can easily kiss the top of their head.

• Make sure the baby’s back is properly supported, and the carrier fabric snugly wraps around them. • The baby’s legs should be slightly spread and supported from one knee to the other.

• If the baby cannot hold their head up independently, provide proper head support.
